haiiii! x berubah... huhuhu! apa lagi la aku nk kena buat ni.. maybe cam mul cakap tuh.. diet karbo.. aku x mencari lagi info & mcm mana diet carbo tu??? tp aku tgk skang peha aku mmg ada pengecutanlaaaa... tang perut lak yg kebuncitan.. nk kena excercise lebey lak kat bhgn perut nih... kat gym tu pn dh byk alat senaman perut.. dia pn dh tambah 3 lagi alat baru.. harusla aku kena buat selalu nih... this week pn dpt 2 hari ke ke gym... smalam x sempat.. busy! balik dari audit dh mlm.... heheh! x pe la... kata PT aku x pe x turun.. janji u amalkan cara hidup sihat.. maybe dia slow... or... u kena byk minum air utk water retation... hmm.. air pn aku rasa minum gak la sehari 8 gelas... x pe! x pe! leh kaji2 lagi apa yg patot! janji aku x stress & enjoyyy! =))

Sila tgk di bhgn perut aku tu! so gelembong ok! huhuhu! tp bila compare gambo dlu byk perbezaankan? hehe!

As, aku pon nk ikut style ko je ah skang ni.. Nk lebih concentrate bhg sculpture & toning.. nk fitkan yg gelebeh2 ni.. huhuu..
Berat pon aku nk slowkan sket penurunan. Nk puas hati dgn brt skang, lom lg kott sbb lom capai BMI yg ideal lg.. Hmm..
