As, ko pernah tgk tk biggest loser tu.. Yg budak ni berat badan die turun tk gitu memberansangkan. Pastu Bob tukar pola pemakanan die, suh mkn karbohidrat lebih sket. (tp aku tk konsentret mase tu ape reason Bob buat camtu)
Then sessi penimbangan lepas tu, budak tu mmg turun banyak pounds.

Maybe karbo tu diperlukan utk menjana tenaga yg lebih kott.. Ikut badan masing2 agknye laaa

Ape pon, jgn berenti workout.. Keep it up!
